Join Professor of Gender and Women’s Studies (and African American Studies affiliate), Dr. Keisha Lindsay, for her lecture entitled “Shonda Rhimes and the Politics of 21st Century Black Ladyhood”.

This interdisciplinary monthly series, hosted by the Department of African American Studies at UW-Madison, invites undergraduate and graduate students to join scholars, artists, and writers who are working with and at the intersection of Black studies. In dialogue, speakers and participants hold conversations on history, community, activism, and society.
