Join Emmy-nominated filmmaker, J.M. Harper, for a discussion on building a career in the film industry.

This interdisciplinary monthly series, hosted by the Department of African American Studies at UW–Madison, invites undergraduate and graduate students to join scholars, artists, and writers who are working with and at the intersection of Black studies. In dialogue, speakers and participants hold conversations on history, community, activism, and society.

Lunch will be provided.

This event is free and open to all UW–Madison students.
