INSTRUCTOR CONSENT
This course will explore the power and role of social innovation in Black communities by looking at two local Black start-ups, The Nehemiah Center for Urban Leadership Development and the Center For Black Excellence and Culture. The objective of the course is to help students think critically about their opportunities to address many issues facing the Black community using their own social capital, skills, education, experience, and networks.
